The filter bag is a key part of the operation of the bag filter. Usually the cylindrical filter bag is suspended vertically in the dust collector. The fabric and design of the filter bag should be as efficient as possible, easy to dust and durable.

In pulsed and air box type pulse dust collectors, dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. When the dust-laden gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas passes through the filter material and enters the inside of the filter bag. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag to prevent the filter bag from collapsing, and it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.

2. Capillary oil filter bag

It consists of three parts: pre-filter layer, main filter layer and screen cover. It is designed to effectively absorb grease from liquids. The void ratio in the filter material is as high as 80%, which greatly improves the service life of the product. The oil absorption is up to 12~20 times of the weight of the filter bag (depending on the fluid and grease characteristics and flow rate)

3. Absolute precision seamless filter bag

It is formed by hot melt blow molding of pure polypropylene capillary fiber. The outer layer is a thick layered deep filter material to provide layered filtration; the inner set of large diameter filter element is used to further enhance the overall deep filtration effect and improve the ability to contain impurities. The service life is on average more than five times that of ordinary polypropylene filter bags. The highest filtering accuracy is 3um. The collar is a plastic ring.

4. Wire mesh filter bag

Available in nylon single screen, polyester single screen, polypropylene stranded screen. Maximum filtration accuracy 20um
