Therefore, the filter bag manufacturer can also use the technique of gluing at the sewing thread interface of the filter bag to reduce the influence of the sewing pin hole on the filtration efficiency.

The production standard of the filter bag: the longitudinal stitching of the filter bag should be firm, straight and not less than three; the annular stitch of the filter bag mouth should be firm and not less than two. The annular stitch of the filter bag anti-snag ring should be firm and not less than two on each side; the annular stitch at the bottom of the filter bag can be single wire, but it should be sewn more than two times; the deviation of the length of the filter bag is ±10mm The stitching code of the filter bag should be evenly distributed. The longitudinal stitch code of the filter bag should not be less than 15 needles/10cm, and the transverse stitch code should be no less than 12 needles/10cm. The well-stitched bag should not have loopholes and damage defects; the diameter is larger than 200mm. The filter bag with a length greater than 5000mm shall be subjected to a tensile test, and the elongation shall meet the requirements.
